In November 2009, after my 90 year old father returned from rehabilitation services at a local facility, I engaged services from your agency.  Promptly, an RN came to my parent's home and discussed services and opened a case plan for my dad and allowed some additional services for my mom.  My parents were matched with appropriate nurse's aides.  At first my parents were resistant to having "strangers" in their home.  This diminished over time.  The "girls" as they came to call them become friends.  The agency accommodated with sending another aide when the primary aide was ill, or out of town.  My parents enjoyed the food preparation, laundry maintenance, housekeeping, etc...

When we had a serious situation happen the agency worked with us on correcting the issue.  All of the people at Advantage seem to be kind, caring and capable of providing excellent services.
